Good fat???

Did you know you must eat fat? Fat does not make you fat. Good fats help you burn fat and bad fats will store fat. So what is good fat? Examples are REAL BUTTER, whole eggs, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados and raw nuts. Bad fats are hydrogenated oil, canola oil, margarine, substitute butter and processed foods with artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup and processed soy products. Processed foods contain a lot of sugar as well as harmful chemicals. Our liver has the job of breaking down fat and filtering out harmful substances. If we consume bad fats with harmful chemicals our liver has a hard time doing its job correctly. We need to be careful what we eat so we don't overwork the major organs of our bodies keeping them from the jobs they were meant to do.
