Start your day right!
Being healthy starts by eating right and eating right starts first thing in the morning. When you go to sleep at night you are fasting throughout the night and when you get up you need to BREAK that FAST. Thus the meaning of the word BREAKFAST. Do you drive you car on an empty tank of gas? Of course not, so why would you do that to your body? You NEED that energy to start your day. Now, that does not mean grab a pop tart on your way out the door. Take time to eat something healthy. Eggs, oatmeal, or even a nutritious shake if you truly do not have the time to sit down and eat.
