What a workout this morning! I went in expecting to just do about 30 minutes of cardio but I was to pumped to leave! I did 40 minutes of cardio, then on to the Hip Adductor and Abductor! My last set of each was just as awesome as the beginning of it! What was your healthy start of the day?
