What did you have for breakfast? Me - ViSalus shake with half of Pro and half of Go
What was your mid morning snack? Me - Banana with Natural Jif peanut butter
What was your lunch? Me - Salad from Saladworks
What will be your mid day snack? Me - an apple or raw broccoli
What will be your dinner? Me - Eggs (it's what Briana asked for :)
What will be your evening snack (if you absolutely need one)? Me - ViSalus shake ( I will need that after the boxing gym :)!
