Hi, my name is Sherry Ann Raimundo and I care about YOUR health. I am the wife of an amazing man for 17 years and a mother of 2. I was an overweight, picked on child not only by my peers but also by my family. Determined to help people around me achieve great health I have become a health and fitness coach. I am able to help you with your nutrition and, as a gym rat so to speak, I am able to teach and guide you through the exercises you may need. Through proper nutrition, mobility and determination YOU CAN ACHIEVE BETTER HEALTH.
