It's finally FRIDAY!

It's finally Friday and you know what that means?! MEET ME ON THE DANCE FLOOR! I got my workout in this morning at 7 AM at Planet Fitness and soon I will have my second workout in with the heart pumping rhythms at the Bar With No Name! Did you know fast dancing for 30 minutes burns 164 calories? It sure does! You would have to walk for an hour to burn that many calories! DANCING DOES THE BODY GOOD!  See you soon!
